★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que venden cosas que no sirven y no advierten a los clientes que tienen que checar antes los artículos, ya que no tienen advertencia escrita estipulando que no sirve y tampoco tiene garantía.
La advertencia de que los artículos no tienen garantía viene por escrito en el tiket de compra pero este lo obtienes hasta después de haber pagado tu artículo así que no sirve de advertencia en lo absoluto. Ya que te advierte que cheques antes de pagar pero te entregan la advertencia ya habiendo pagado.
Lamentablemente tienen artículos que no sirven y los tienen en área de artículos "supuestamente de buen estado" no en etiquetados "para reparar". Se supone que ellos deben de probar los artículos antes de obtenerlos por lo que deben de estar enterados de su estado.
Fuí testigo presencial de como una persona hizo esfuerzo para comprar una herramienta de trabajo y no le expresaron por escrito ni verbalmente "que probara el artículo antes de pagarlo". Posteriormente después de pagarlo lo probó y no funcionaba en lo absoluto a lo cual el personal y gerente de tienda "no pudo hacer nada" puesto que ya lo había pagado hace apenas unos minutos sin salir de la tienda.
Le apoyé llamando a profeco pero no contestaron. Por lo que le animé a poner una denuncia ya que no advierten que el artículo no funciona previo a su venta ni por escrito en algún clausulado de vitrina, etiqueta de precio, o siquiera verbalmente por parte del personal, violando así los derechos del consumidor.
Yo viajo por toda la república y pueden checar mis reseñas, ninguna es negativa como esta, pero también tengo que decir la verdad. Les animo por su bien, a que no compren en este lugar. Además de que hay cosas que están a precio superior a artículo nuevo de la misma marca y modelo.

I was an eyewitness of how a person made an effort to buy a work tool and was not told in writing or verbally "to try the item before paying for it." Later, after paying it, he tried it and it did not work at all to which the staff and store manager "could not do anything" since he had already paid for it just a few minutes ago without leaving the store.
I supported him by calling profeco but they did not answer. So I encouraged him to make a complaint since they do not warn that the item does not work prior to its sale or in writing in any clause of the showcase, price tag, or even verbally by the staff, thus violating the rights of the consumer.
I travel throughout the republic and you can check my reviews, none are negative like this one, but I also have to tell the truth. I encourage you for your sake, not to buy in this place. In addition to that there are things that are at a higher price than a new item of the same make and model.
