Por favor que les impartan un curso de trato al cliente no tienen cuidado con su trato, se les olvida que están para atender amablemente al cliente y darle buenas soluciones. No evadan con despotismo y pidan a sus superiores que les proporcione material para probar los artículos que pueden empeñar.
