★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar no tiene la presentación adecuada, las máquinas están muy truqueadas al personal en general les urge un curso o intensivo de atención al cliente gerente y subgerente nesecitan saber que y para que están hay ( resolver problemas de los clientes no está en sus virtudes poner orden con sus compañeros de sala tampoco exijor a su grupo dar información al cliente en general de promociones y funciones de el casino menos alguien debería desirles cuáles son sus funciones como responsables muchas fallas porfavor no vallas también la inseguridad de tus cosas personales y de el lugar está en sus virtudes yo en tu lugar lo pensaba 10000 veces para irrrrrrrrr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había pocos meseros por lo que no hubo buen servicio, obvio como en cualquier casino se trata de perder dinero. Los precios de las bebidas razonables, igual de la comida.
There were few waiters so there was no good service, obviously as in any casino it is about losing money. Reasonable drink prices, same for food.
