★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is BAD. At the sportsbook for instance, MOST women working there are not up to speed and are not able to find games on channels mostly due to ignorance. No training provided on how to search and use the TV remote.
You won't be get to see your games you bet on. They also don't have DirectTV because management has not paid the past due bill, hahaha I laughed when the employees said it.
Don't expect customer service, this concept is nonexistent here plus you pay 7% tax on your bets whether you win or lose when you cashed those bets. The whole attitude from casino personnel is indifferent and avoiding towards you. Go somewhere else.
