The casino is so bad, the works don't even know what time they close, the night before I left I even double check with them what time they close, they said at 3am in the morning, which I though before I left Cancun I can go play a little to kill time when I get there at 2:15am they told me that they already close, I was like what!!! Now I can't even get the money out!! So I had to use Google translation to talk to a security that doesn't know English. What I got from them is I can try to have my friend come to get the check for me but their not guarante that I can get my money back, and the player card will also expired in an year if you don't use it. It means that if you don't get it out, It will become casino's money, that is how they money from you. They don't even have the hours sign or even on the website how do we know what times it close Just base on when ever they like? Worst experience ever!!!

Gamblers beware!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It's a rainy day in Cancun so my wife and I decided to go to the casino across the street. The Macao casino is small and there were almost no people inside. My wife sat down at a slot machine and started playing. She won small amounts of pesos but we were not paying attention to see if the winnings were being transferred over to the total. She won 1250 credits but the winnings did not appear to be transferred over to the total credit left to play with. She then won 450 credits and we were worried that the 450 credits would not transfer over to the total like the previous winnings did not, so I went to get a supervisor. We showed him the 450 credits and explained what we thought the problem was and told him to watch if the 450 credits transferred to total. My wife pushed the button and the credits did not transfer over, they just disappeared. The supervisor, Daniel Ortega stated that he needed to contact the systems team to alert them of the problem. About 30 minutes later another supervisor, Alan Ortiz came by. Daniel explained the issue, and they said they needed the systems guy to come by. While waiting for everyone, the screen which had 836 pesos total left to play with went blank and then went to zero. Eventually the systems guy came by and pulled up the screen which showed winnings and losses. They spoke in Spanish to each other so we have no idea what was said. After about an hour we we told that my wife's winnings were 153 pesos, but would not even address the 2400 that did not post towards the 836 peso total. Alan then took us up to the cashier and they were only going to pay for the 836 pesos remaining on the card and NOT the 153 pesos of inaccurate winnings. They finally paid the 153 pesos but basically told us there was nothing they could do about the 2400 credits (at a minimum). We told them to check the cameras and again they said there was nothing they could do. They went behind the scene and the machine flicked on and off multiple times. The machine was not closed but ready to rip off the next unsuspecting traveler. No wonder the casino was almost empty.

The dealers and floor managers are excellent. And so are are the wait staff. The place is also very clean. Just know going in that they’re going to charge you 10 percent to play. Give them 100 and they give you 90 to play with. Then if/when you cash out, they take another percent. So, 17 percent off the top play.

This casino is smaller , very clean with a good crowd. I came wanting to play baccarat. They didn't have any tables playing at the time but opened 1 up for me almost immediately. Very attentive staff and great dealers. I walked out right before closing and doubled on what I came with . Cashiers were excellent and payout is simple. 100% recommend for some table games and large variety of slots.

This casino is much nicer than red casino which is also in the hotel zone. It is small compared to casinos in the US, but still a variety of games to play. The staff is nice, and they got good food to order too.
