★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El evento al que asistí se desarrolló en el primer piso. Las vistas son muy agradables y adecuadas para disfrutar la arquitectura que rodea al casino. Al casino le sería necesaria una renovación, ya que tiene espacios potenciales y ayudaría tener señalamientos para conocer los accesos habilitados al mismo. A pesar de que el sabor de los platillos es bueno, el precio por persona es excesivo. Los organizadores tienden a perder el control de las cosas y desconocer los acuerdos previos. El servicio de meseros deja mucho que desear, ya que hay que solicitar las cosas tres o cuatro veces. De esto último, encontré como tomaban, sin permiso de los clientes, dulces dispuestos para los invitados. En lo personal no estoy seguro de considerar este espacio para organizar un evento o recomendar a alguien que realice allí.
The event I attended took place on the first floor. The views are very nice and suitable to enjoy the architecture that surrounds the casino. The casino would need a renovation, since it has potential spaces and it would help to have signs to know the accesses enabled to it. Although the taste of the dishes is good, the price per person is excessive. Organizers tend to lose control of things and ignore previous agreements. The waiter service leaves a lot to be desired, since you have to ask for things three or four times. Of the latter, I found how they took, without the permission of the clients, sweets arranged for the guests. Personally, I'm not sure I would consider this space to host an event or recommend someone to hold there.

1. Llegamos a la entrada y estuvimos esperando 10 min sin que nadie se acercara a asignarnos mesa siendo que el lugar estaba casi vacío. Pasaban los meseros y nos ignoraban
2. Ya que entramos nadie nos tomó la orden ni entregó cartas durante 25min. Tuvimos que pararnos a solicitar servicio
3. Cuando llega el mesero con una pésima actitud, molesto y prepotente. Se le pidió café descafeinado y casi grito que no había moviendo y manoteando las manos.
4. Nos dijeron que iban a cerrar, pagamos y nos levantamos de la mesa y mientras esperábamos a una persona que entró al sanitario NOS APAGARON LAS LUCES DEL LUGAR incluyendo las del baño!!!!
HORRIBLE LUGAR!
AWFUL SERVICE, if I could put 0 stars I would

2. Since we entered nobody took our order or delivered letters for 25min. We had to stop to ask for service
3. When the waiter arrives with a terrible attitude, annoying and arrogant. He was asked for decaf coffee and almost yelled that he hadn't been waving and waving his hands.
4. They told us that they were going to close, we paid and got up from the table and while we were waiting for a person who entered the toilet, THE LIGHTS IN THE PLACE TURNED OFF, including those in the bathroom!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta perfecto para eventos sociales, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Los meseros no están capacitados para esos eventos, baños de mujeres muy sucios. He asistido a tres eventos allí y siempre es lo mismo.

En cuanto a los precios de los paquetes son un poco elevados, pero para lo que ofrece realmente vale la pena. Además que la seguridad qué se percibe es super buena.
