★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit we stayed in was really not up to par. Although clean it was very old with very little cutlery and absolutely nothing in the way of every day needs that cooking requires. TV in one bedroom, nothing in the living room and being in Mexico toilet paper goes in the waste basket. The good side was that the beach was great and the pool looked very nice. 15 minute walk to the down town area. Loads of good restaurants and of course you have your mexican shopping. I would go back but to a different unit but you get what you pay for I guess ????

A great location on the Mexican Riviera away from the "All Inclusive" controlled resorts. Close enough to walk to the quiant village of Puerto Morelos but far enough to offer a peaceful retreat. A very relaxing place that offers an experience that is quickly disappearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice private owned condo complex. We rented ours thru Mayan Riviera Properties. Good service. Pool is shallow but well maintained. Property is next to a few beach clubs for convenience.
