 Comfortable, accessible, they have the basics to be comfortable, excellent treatment of the owner, you cross the street and there is the sea.

Too small, without tv the very austere bed, very old sheets curtains in very bad condition the bathroom without lid hopefully improve.

I still do not rent there..mas inf xfa looks good father and very close to the bay beach of kino the best of many that I know is quiet there is accseso to everything and a sun that burns rich

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasé la peor noche de mi vida en este lugar. Los cuartos son muy chicos. La cama no tenía cobijas, sólo una sábana puesta sobre el colchón y unas almohadas muy viejas y aplastadas. No había toallas, en lugar de cortinas tenían la única toalla, sucia y trozada. Ni siquiera tenían una regadera decente, sólo un chorro que salía de la pared. También la cortina de la regadera estaba vieja y trozada. La encargada es muy prepotente. Cero hospitalidad o buen trato. Dicen ser un lugar familiar y dejan a los inquilinos tomar alcohol en el patio en la madrugada sin dejar dormir a los demás. Está MUY caro para el mal servicio que brindan.
I spent the worst night of my life in this place. The rooms are very small. The bed had no blankets, only a sheet put on the mattress and pillows very old and crushed. There were no towels, instead of curtains they had the only towel, dirty and chopped. They did not even have a decent shower, just a jet that came out of the wall. Also the curtain of the shower was old and chopped. The person in charge is very arrogant. Zero hospitality or good treatment. They claim to be a familiar place and let the tenants drink alcohol in the patio at dawn without letting others sleep. It is VERY expensive for the poor service they provide.
