★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved staying there and highly recommend this hotel. It's right in the center of downtown Puebla, waking distance from the cathedral. The service is impeccable, friendly, helpful, kind and happy. Every detail is beautiful and well thought of. I wish I could just move in there. The rooms are gorgeous, big, comfortable and with unbelievable attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wedding here recently. The hotel is very unique and beautify. The rooms are all very nice and the location is great. If you are there during the weekend, check out the market just outside that sets up. The service and the food were stellar and I can't say enough about them. We were always well attended to and the people were very nice through the entire trip. The AC systems in the room were a little difficult to work with but that was a minor issue. We will be coming back in the future.

Beautiful interior with a nice colonial theme and a spa and pool.
In the heart of local shopping along some nice streets. Ate lunch right outside.

The place on its own and the rooms are splendid.
The restaurant's menu is delicious.
Finally it's perfectly located, with everything you will want to visit in Puebla a couple of blocks away.
