No por ser de dos estrellas pueden burlase de los clientes o dar mala atención. Very bad attention. I think a lot of people don't complain because they didn't have to deal with the immediate staff much or because they've stayed in worse places. Not because they are two stars they can make fun of customers or give bad attention.

Es un lugar donde puedes tener a tu mascota sin problemas, eso si, si traes a tu mascota por favor manten limpio, limpia sus heces, para que podamos seguir disfrutando de lugares así. A very nice place, excellent attention. We stayed a week and the stay was most pleasant. It is a place where you can have your pet without problems, but if you bring your pet please keep it clean, clean its feces, so that we can continue enjoying places like this.

Si viajas en temporada alta, te garantizo que vas a encontrar tarifas mucho más elevadas como en todos los hoteles, pero aún así a buen precio. Verifica bien la habitación que reservaste y si lo necesitas te pueden ofrecer upgrade a una habitación mejor. Excelente atención de parte de los encargados y de todo el personal! La atención por redes aunque puede ser lenta es muy eficiente! Si te urge reservar mejor llama a los números de atención Excellent place to sleep in Guanajuato, if you travel in low season you can find very good deals for the category of hotel that is... If you travel in high season, I guarantee that you will find much higher rates as in all hotels, but still at a good price. Check the room you booked well and if you need it they can offer you an upgrade to a better room. Excellent attention from the managers and all the staff! Network service, although it can be slow, is very efficient! If you need to make a reservation, better call the customer service numbers
