A	AG gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tenía un viaje a Cancún con esta AgenciaTuve que volar de Los Ángeles a Guadalajara Cuándo llegue a Guadalajara me avisan que no tenía mis vuelos que ya había pagado desde hace 6 meses en completo y que no tenía ninguna cancelación para comprobar los vuelos que estaban cancelados.Nos hizo perder 4 días de nuestras vacaciones Más aparte tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta estancia para quedarnos en Guadalajara transportación comida para 11 personas El señor Gustavo pensaba que con 10,000 pesos nosotros íbamos a poder pagar estancia comida y todas las otras incomodidades que él nos hizo pasar. El señor Gustavo dijo que Ivamos a tener un reembolso del viaje en 3 a 4 días esto fue diciembre 26,2021 estamos a enero 28 y todavía no tengo un reembolso completo más no me a contestado en los últimos 3 días. So para cualquier persona que quiera usar esta agencia les deseo mucha suerte. Por qué De mi parte yo no la recomiendo tuve que pagar cuatro veces más para el viaje. I had a trip to Cancun with this AgencyI had to fly from Los Angeles to Guadalajara When I arrived in Guadalajara they told me that I did not have my flights that I had already paid for in full for 6 months and that I did not have any cancellations to check the flights that were canceled .He made us lose 4 days of our vacations Besides, we had to look for accommodation on our own to stay in Guadalajara transportation food for 11 people Mr. Gustavo thought that with 10,000 pesos we would be able to pay for food and all the other inconveniences that he made it happen Mr. Gustavo said that we are going to have a refund for the trip in 3 to 4 days, this was December 26, 2021, we are January 28 and I still do not have a full refund, but he has not answered me in the last 3 days. So for anyone who wants to use this agency I wish you good luck. Why? From my part I do not recommend it, I had to pay four times more for the trip.

Is been 2 months not a refund yet when we were promised a refund 3 to 4 days. No communication really unprofessional

They were not helpful I had to purchase my vacation with another agency and plane tickets for 11 in are group. they had no consideration off anything. The guy at the agency Guztavo said he was going to refund the money with in 3 to 4 days is been 2 months I haven seen a complete refund. it was the worse experience we lost a lot of money and time.
