★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto es bueno, debido a la oferta de sabores de Cassava, sin embargo tengan paciencia, ya que el personal que ahí labora es joven y atrabancado, confirmen bien su orden antes de recibirla.
Fuera de eso, un Cassava con extra tapioca, es delicioso!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan estas bebidas, solo que la última vez que fui, no sé si las yellis de samba ya estaban a punto de expirar, porque sabían ácidas en ves de dulces o cambiaron el saber de ellas.
Pero de ahí en fuera, todo ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré muchas veces en las diferentes sucursales de Toluca y la CDMX, me gustaba bastante, pero las últimas 2 veces el servicio fue pésimo, mis bebidas sabían a vómito, recuerden que el cliente que por precio se va por servicio vuelve, pero el cliente que se va por servicio por ningún precio volverá.
I bought many times in the different branches of Toluca and CDMX, I liked it a lot, but the last 2 times the service was terrible, my drinks tasted like vomit, remember that the customer who leaves for service returns, but the customer who It leaves for service for no price it will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente comparas y nuestra experiencia en Metepec no fue grata. Los hemos comprado en centro Santa Fe y Prado Norte y son deliciosos.
El viernes 11 de marzo aprox 6:30 fuimos a town square y no parece sea la misma empresa. Las bebidas frías las entregaron al tiempo. El sabor de cookies and cream y matcha nada rico. Revisen sus estándares de calidad por favor. Ayer envié por WhatsApp comentario y datos. Y aún sin respuesta.
Unfortunately you compare and our experience in Metepec was not pleasant. We have bought them in downtown Santa Fe and Prado Norte and they are delicious.
On Friday March 11 at around 6:30 we went to town square and it doesn't seem to be the same company. Cold drinks were delivered on time. The taste of cookies and cream and matcha is not good at all. Check your quality standards please. Yesterday I sent a comment and data via WhatsApp. And still no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio de una bebida grande rondará por los $70, $80 <, no aceptan billetes de $1,000. La atención del personal, bien a secas, me parece que es mucha la demanda, poco personal y un espacio muy reducido para preparar todo. La presentación del las bebidas, tuvimos que devolver 3 veces el vaso por qué se caía la bebida, no por eso la calidad de la bebida fue mala. La sugerencia del chico que cobraba muy bien, el lugar, un poco sucio. Me gustó, sin embargo hay mejor opciones para un Bubble milk Tea tradicional, si lo que buscas son bebidas azucaradas y un lugar fresco, este es tu lugar y son muy buenas.
Garantía: solo si lo pruebo te lo recomiendo ?

El comprar una bebida no debería de ser toda una complicación. Van tres veces (en ambos locales de Metepec) que tengo que regresar a cambiar lo que compré porque no está fresco y no recuerdo la última vez que la tapioca estuvo firme y no aguada de días… Las dos primeras veces el sabor era de echado a perder y esta vez tenía una consistencia viscoza. No quiero encontrar algo peor la próxima ocasión.
No vale la pena el esfuerzo que requiere comprar en este lugar. Tan caro y aparte sucio, las moscas del basurero en frente del local por todas partes en el área en la que te entregan.
I'm not going back to buy.
Buying a drink shouldn't be a hassle. It's been three times (in both stores in Metepec) that I have to go back to change what I bought because it's not fresh and I don't remember the last time the tapioca was firm and not watered down for days... The first two times the taste was lose and this time it had a slimy consistency. I don't want to find something worse next time.
It's not worth the effort it takes to shop at this place. So expensive and apart from dirty, flies from the dumpster in front of the premises everywhere in the area you get delivered to.
