The guy who serves you, he has a terrible attitude, I couldn't see his name but he has tattoos on his forearms, if he doesn't like working there I better get out, it's annoying that they make you pay extra for milk for a coffee, the coffee taste is good

Creo que esperaría un sabor extraordinario por los casi 77 pesos que cuesta la bebida, lo cual no fue así, pedí extra de tapioca que no me lo dieron. Pongan un poco mejor atención ya que sí van a cobrar lo que cobran, uno esperaría algo fenomenal.
The flavor is rich, not extraordinary but rich, the friendly staff, the prices a bit high for what is the flavor and portion. I think I would expect an extraordinary flavor for the almost 77 pesos that the drink costs, which was not the case, I asked for extra tapioca that they did not give me. Pay a little better attention since if they are going to charge what they charge, one would expect something phenomenal.

1. Charge extra for horrible milk substitute.
2. Charge extra for a all dusty gummys.
3. Never have cash, one day they have it but they give me the change wrong took them 5 min to get the full amount.
4. For the price pay at the end it's better to go to a other coffee shop.
Hope it help's I used to like this chain in previous years.
