V	Victoria Mora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los trabajadores tienen actitud de que odian su trabajo, les preguntas o pides algo y contestan de mala gana, te dan la bebida en la temperatura que se les da la gana y las preparan mal. Lástima que la de Parque Puebla cerró, ese si era bueno. Van más de 2 ocasiones que me decepcionan con el pésimo servicio. Terrible service, the workers have an attitude that they hate their work, you ask them or ask for something and they answer reluctantly, they give you the drink at the temperature they want and they prepare them poorly. Too bad that the one in Parque Puebla closed, that was good. There are more than 2 occasions that I am disappointed with the terrible service.

Esta vez la atención fue buena pero en ocasiones anteriores (y en diferentes sucursales), nos había tocado malas experiencias con su personal. Good products and an excellent variety of flavors and combinations. Sometimes brands trust their products too much and neglect customer service. Invité a alguien por primera vez y qué mala experiencia, no pudo ni comentarnos alguna recomendación, de las bebidas dijo que "son iguales" además de sólo cobrar directo los extras sin explicar u ofrecer. Mejor ir a otra sucursal :( The drink was very good, the service was fast and the taste was super. I put this review because the cashier expressed disgust when asked.
