El servicio y el performance que manejan es de primera, el hospedaje muy higienico y acogedor las cabañas son bellísimas superaron mis expectativas. Super recomendable si lo que quieres es pasarla bien con los tuyos no me queda mas que agradecer y sin duda con ganas de volver. One of the best Mexican nights I've had in my whole life has been in this wonderful place, where you can be one with nature because of which Jardín Rincon de las estrellas has. The service and performance they handle is top notch, the very hygienic and cozy lodges the cabins are beautiful exceeded my expectations. Super recommended if what you want is to have a good time with your family, I have nothing more to thank and no doubt wanting to return.

M	MAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hola buenas noches estuve hospedada en este lugar y realmente fue una experiencia increíble. Es un lugar enorme con excelente jardines, totalmente verdes y bien cuidados. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y limpias. Hay agua caliente a todas horas y el lugar esta muy bien ubicado ya que de ahí se puede ir a visitar los prismas; huasca, Atotonilco. Tiene también un lugar para hacer carnes asadas. y los anfitriones muy amables y accesibles es un lugar muy recomendable si quieres pasar unos días de descanso de paz y de remanso Hello good night I was staying at this place and it really was an amazing experience. It is a huge place with excellent gardens, completely green and well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There is hot water at all hours and the place is very well located since from there you can go to visit the prisms; Huasca, Atotonilco. It also has a place to make roasted meats. and the very friendly and accessible hosts is a highly recommended place if you want to spend a few days of peace and haven rest

Victor M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es lindo pero la verdad no tanto como lo hacen ver en las fotos de internet, lo visitamos para una boda pero nos desencanto que por teléfono nos platicaron una cosa y ya en vivo al ver los paquetes, te quieren quitar muchas cosas que se supone te deberían incluir o al menos eso dicen los paquetes que te envían vía WhatsApp. Nos atendió el señor Manuel, no es grosero pero atiende con flojera y no es muy accesible para hacer lo que uno le pide, quiere que se hagan las cosas como el dice. Parece que no hay coordinación entre la gente que da informes porque cada quien te da un precio diferente, las cabañas bastante lindas, el lugar es un pedazo de bosque cualquiera. Al firmar contrato te prometen que todo estará tal como se los pides y al final no cumplen con eso; para todo dicen que eso no lo incluye el paquete (aunque inicialmente hayan dicho que sí). Son exigentes con los pagos y aunque cumplas con ellos puntualmente, se les debe insistir y presionar para que cumplan lo acordado. El día del evento quedaron mal con varias cosas Y EL LAGO NO TENÍA AGUA. The place is very nice but the service is not good.
