Compré por medio de mercado libre unos anillos para mi boda, y pasado año y medio llevé a valuar los anillos y NO ES ORO, me dijeron que es un metal de muy baja calidad. Le llamé al Sr. Arturo Castillo (responsable), envíe mensajes por whatsapp y NUNCA respondió. Hasta que lo denuncie por medio de la aplicación, me dijo vendría a la Ciudad de México para comprobarme que era oro en un laboratorio que él me llevaría, lo cual no garantiza nada, ya que la información puede ser falsa igual que sus productos, me dijo no me devolvería mi dinero por que la garantía de mercado libre terminó 2 meses después que hice la compra y eso lo entiendo, pero como iba a saber yo que era un fraude y me enviaran piezas falsas, lo que me vendió NO es oro. Ya no responde mis mensajes y honestamente lo único que quiero es que no exista más gente a la que pueda engañar y robarle su dinero.
Es una lástima que existan personas que con tanto cinismo abusen y tengan el descaro de no responder por su irresponsabilidad.

TOTAL FRAUD, IT IS NOT GOLD
I bought some rings for my wedding through a free market, and after a year and a half I took the rings and it is NOT GOLD, they told me that it is a very low quality metal. I called Mr. Arturo Castillo (responsible), send messages by whatsapp and NEVER responded. Until he denounces it through the application, he told me he would come to Mexico City to verify that it was gold in a laboratory that he would take me, which does not guarantee anything, since the information may be false, just like his products, He said he would not return my money because the free market guarantee ended 2 months after I made the purchase and I understand that, but since I knew it was a fraud and they sent me fake pieces, what sold me is NOT gold. He no longer answers my messages and honestly all I want is that there are no more people who can cheat and steal your money.
It is a pity that there are people with such cynicism abusing and have the gall to not answer for their irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo tiempo de atrega, quedan super mal con las composturas (la primera vez fue una cadena y la segunda unos aretes), no regreso aquí. Los componen bien, pero si te dicen que te los entregan un día a X hora, en realidad te los dan horas después.
