The attention of the staff is very good, the room does not offer anything new, how neighbors leave much to be desired, they behave insensitive in relation to the volume of the music, they forget that the room is in a residential area.

Very nice place, the attention from when you get out of the car until you come back for it is excellent, the facilities are very nice, the garden is beautiful.

The place is nice, the food is also good, its furniture is beautiful and of quality, but... coordination was a headache for us. Apart from the fact that they almost never answered the phone, when we sent them messages they took WEEKS to answer us (and we had already contracted). They misplaced our file and lasted 5 months without answering us or anything. Then, when we were already planning, they did not give us an explanation of things, as if we could guess their way of working and what they offer. When I asked them any questions, they told me that in the next session we would talk about it, but in none of all the sessions did they answer me until the very day of the WEDDING. We agreed on the furniture and reviewed it more than 10 times for nothing, since the mere day of the wedding they changed it without giving us an explanation. In the same way the bouquet, I sent them an exact photo of what I wanted and they ended up giving me bouquets that did not look anything like them. Total that were so many details always but I only mention these. Our coordinator was Raquel Ramírez, and I don't know if that's the way she is or what happened, but we had a BAD coordination from the first moment.
