★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting but not worth the entry fee of 105 pesos per person. Visit the church and the museum in Felipe Carrillo Puerto - fabulous exhibit of photos of people in the area from small villages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fascinating and unique museum, by very little English. I would recommend having at least one Spanish speaker in the group to translate if you visit. I found the part of the museum dedicated to Semana Santa traditions in Tihosuco to be equally fascinating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worthwhile 1 h tour shot for anyone wanting to understand deeper the Yucatan peninsulas turbulent, often oppressed history between opposing ideas, ideologies and people. Well worth a visit. Entrancy price rather elevated 110 pe$o$ for foreigners, but goes for the cause.
Ps. If you want to stay overnight in the village, ask from the reception ladies, they might be able to arrange a simple camping place or a room with hammocks for you.
