★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio y grosero con los. Clientes nunca le vuelvo a comprar en CASTEL. Su viene aquí a recoger material no se los recomiendo pelados y les valen los clientes. Hay muchas otras de azulejos mucho mejores.
The worst service and rude to them. Customers never buy from CASTEL again. If you come here to pick up material, I do not recommend peeling them and customers are worth it. There are many other much better tiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entregas, puras mentiras por parte de ventas (Denise ) y su jefe (Javier) te cobran un servicio de entrega de un camión grande disque para entregar el material completo y me mandaron una camioneta pequeña sin frenos, mal mecánicamente, les falló en el camino , por lo que supuestamente llegaron tardísimo después de que a las 9 de la mañana según iban en camino llegaron a las 4 de la tarde, rompieron una guarnición en la calle y le pegaron a un poste porque la camioneta no llevaba frenos . Seguimos esperando que nos entreguen el material completo y no hay nadie que te de solución alguna.
Recomendación. Si necesitas comprar pisos o lo que necesites, ve a otro lado pero jamás a Castel.
Yo compré en el Showroom en Tlalnepantla
Terrible delivery service, pure lies from sales (Denise) and her boss (Javier) charge you for a delivery service of a large truck to deliver the complete material and they sent me a small truck without brakes, mechanically bad, it failed them on the road, so they supposedly arrived very late after they arrived at 9 in the morning as they were on their way, arrived at 4 in the afternoon, broke a garrison on the street and hit a post because the truck did not have brakes. We are still waiting for the complete material to be delivered to us and there is no one to give you any solution.
Recommendation. If you need to buy flats or whatever you need, go elsewhere but never to Castel.
