★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el tiempo de espera puede ser hasta 6hr malisimo no respetan garantía y ponen al cliente a revisar la mercancía sin ayuda por que NO dan Garantía del producto el supervisor muy sangro lamentable la calidad y pésimo servicio que ofrece Castel Guadalajara
 Terrible service, the waiting time can be up to 6 hours, very bad they do not respect the guarantee and put the customer to review the merchandise without help because they do NOT give a guarantee of the product the supervisor bleeds unfortunate the quality and terrible service that Castel Guadalajara offers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio te hacen esperar hasta 2 horas para entregarte una caja de piso, y ojo cuando firmas de resivido estas aceptando el producto como venga quebrado o con faltantes segun ellos tienes que revisar la mercancia antes de salir del almacen, imagino a la gente revisando caja por caja, no lo recomiendo
Poor service make you wait up to 2 hours to deliver a flat box, and beware when resivido firms are accepting the product as it is broken or missing according to them you have to check the merchandise before leaving the warehouse, I imagine people checking the box per box, I do not recommend

There is only I found a product that was not even in the home depot to give maintenance to the floor. But then everything was online and I just went to pick it up at the winery and it is not on display.
