★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El resultado de la fotografía no me gusto. La foto estaba desenfocada del cuerpo y de la cara literal no me parecía en nada. Creo que deberían mejorar en su edición pues se ve que usan el photoshop cómo un filtro general en lugar de trabajar por partes la foto para lograr un resultado más profesional y que el retoque no se vea tan ficticio. Esa foto me la saque para un evento importante y quedé muy decepsionado. :(
 I did not like the result of the photograph. The photo was out of focus of the body and the literal face did not seem at all. I think they should improve their editing because it is seen that they use photoshop as a general filter instead of working the photo in parts to achieve a more professional result and that the retouch does not look so fictitious. I took that photo for an important event and I was very disappointed. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para obtener fotos para tus documentos, es amplio y los precios son más accesibles que otros lugares e incluso que en las sucursales, la atención es buena y el tiempo de entrega es excelente, en contra solo que no cuenta con estacionamiento.
It is a good place to get photos for your documents, it is spacious and the prices are more accessible than other places and even than in the branches, the service is good and the delivery time is excellent, the only downside is that it does not have parking.

Pagué por unas fotos plastificadas y adheribles, de las 6, únicamente me entregaron 2 así y aparte, el servicio "urgente" que tiene un costo extra por el que pagué, no cumplió con el tiempo que garantizan. No ofrezcan tiempos que no pueden cumplir aunque se paguen. Publicidad engañosa!
Bad service. I paid for some laminated and sticky photos, of the 6, they only gave me 2 like this and aside, the "urgent" service that has an extra cost for which I paid, did not comply with the time that they guarantee. Do not offer times that you cannot meet even if they are paid. False advertising!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Me cobraron extra por un servicio urgente y llevo hora y media después de la fecha y hora que me dieron esperando que tengan mis fotos. Dicen que se descompuso su máquina y que eso no depende de ellos. No me quieren devolver mi dinero porque dicen que solo dios mide los tiempos y que tengo que entender que no depende de ellos. Y que no hay nadie que me pueda resolver.
Appalling. They charged me extra for an urgent service and I'm an hour and a half after the date and time they gave me waiting for them to have my photos. They say that their machine broke down and that it does not depend on them. They don't want to give me my money back because they say that only God measures time and that I have to understand that it doesn't depend on them. And that there is no one who can solve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. La atención es siempre muy buena, resuelven tus dudas y revisan con mucho cuidado las especificaciones de las fotos que se necesitan.
Si tus fotos te urgen, solo tienes que decírselos. El costo incrementa un poco, pero tienes las fotos en tus manos en aproximadamente hora y media.
Excellent service. The attention is always very good, they solve your doubts and carefully review the specifications of the photos that are needed.
If your photos urge you, you just have to tell them. The cost increases a bit, but you have the photos in your hands in about an hour and a half.
