Qué hay de cierto que ya no es obligatorio por el SAT lo que ellos te venden como obligatorio en SAI 15?, se les está viniendo a bajo el negocio, investiguen bien antes de comprar su mugrero que cada día falla más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten ya muchos años usando este software y puedo decir que cubre todas las necesidades de cualquier empresa, y algo muy importante que quiero comentar, el soporte técnico es muy confiable, todas las dudas que he tenido y los problemas que se han presentado (como las disposiciones nuevas de Hacienda que salen a cada rato) me lo han resuelto de manera rápida y efectiva. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Have many years using this software and I can say that it covers all the needs of any company, and something very important that I want to comment, the technical support is very reliable, all the doubts I have had and the problems that have arisen (such as new provisions of the Treasury that come out every so often) have been resolved quickly and effectively. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sistema muy bien hasta que falla, que lo suele hacer de manera recurrente. El problema es su sistema de atención HelpDesk, terrible la atención por parte de las ejecutivas y de las pólizas de servicio que tienes que adquirir de manera obligatoria. De lo peor en el mercado su servicio al cliente. Y muy costoso.
The system is fine until it fails, which it usually does on a recurring basis. The problem is its HelpDesk service system, the attention from the executives and the service policies that you have to acquire on a mandatory basis is terrible. Their customer service is the worst on the market. And very expensive.
