★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofrecieron un departamento en Montebello y me pidieron $6,000 de adelanto para elaborar el contrato notariado. Llevo 3 meses en el departamento y no me han entregado ningún documento y después de insistir con la Sra. Castellano no tengo ninguna respuesta.
La entrega del departamento tampoco fue como acordamos; di adelantos de dinero para que lo tuvieran listo a mí llegada a Mérida y cuando llegué el departamento estaba sucio y todavía estaban haciendo trabajos por lo que no estaba listo para meter la mudanza.
La experiencia con esta inmobiliaria y la atención ha sido mala.
 They offered me an apartment in Montebello and asked me for $ 6,000 in advance to prepare the notarized contract. I have been in the department for 3 months and they have not given me any document and after insisting with Mrs. Castellano I have no answer.
The delivery of the apartment was not as agreed; I gave advances of money so that they would have it ready when I arrived in Mérida and when I arrived the apartment was dirty and they were still doing work so I was not ready to move.
The experience with this real estate and the attention has been bad.
