No es el mejor pero esta bien!! 1200 le dia entero
It is the only one that rents 24 hours in the morning, we travel the rest of all the tempters and do not rent it until the afternoon. Hopefully it helps them not to waste time like us!

Very bad service. Apart from that they are not even in a key place. They are far from the pier. Rude and refused service having cars available only because of their inability to deal with people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT rent from here! First cart died on us while driving, second carts battery was dead by evening. Third cart the parking brake didn’t work. Never did they fill it with gas when we got a different cart yet they wanted us to return with a full tank. They only offered 100 pesos off the agreement at the end for compensation. Horrible people. Will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first we were pleased with the service. We didn't realize that our tour was going to take longer than our contract. We dropped the cart off 4 hours early but there was no drop box we left the key with the dive shop that is a block away. We called, emailed and text to update. We had received no communication back.
When we returned two hours later than our drop off, they were upset that we were late and told us that we should have left the key in the cart. Who would do that?? Then they charged us an additional $35 for being late and wouldn't work with us on the price. They didn't even try to contact us at all. We tried to ddo the right thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres, we were sold, for a fair price, a golf cart rental from Castilla. We utilized the golf cart for five hours while exploring the island. While we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic views on the island, the golf cart itself was VERY poorly maintained. The main cause of concern was the steering element of golf cart #24. I continuously had to steer left and right to attempt to drive in a straight line through the narrow streets, loaded with pedestrians and many other golf carts. There was a loud knocking sound from the front steering axles as we turned and drove over potholes and speed humps. Also, we were passed by nearly every other golf cart on the island. I will reserve in advance next time from a more reputable business. BOOK IN ADVANCE TO AVOID BUYING AT THE LAST MINUTE ON THE ULTRAMAR FERRY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented from this place after being offered a golf cart rental on the ferry ride over to Isla. Have to say I would not recommend. The guy in the tiny office filling out paperwork wasn't wearing a mask over his nose, the steering wheel on the cart had **tons** of play (not easy to steer).
There were also strong fuel fumes coming from the cart the entire time while driving, which made me feel sick and I can still smell them on clothing after returning to Playa; needed to take a shower. The cart did run the entire time for a couple of hours, but that was about the only good thing worth mentioning.
