Comfortable, clean and safe pool area for children and adults, ample space to break piñatas and a small well-equipped kitchenette, but it lacks more air circulation despite having fans, the table area is very hot !!!!

Ideal for children's parties. It is medium in size, so it can be adapted to small events as well. Clean facilities. It has a service area for meals and a refrigerator. The place is clean. It has a piñatero. It does not have parking, but it is easy to find a space on the street.

On two different occasions I requested the water castle service. On the first occasion everything flowed super well and calmly, we enjoyed the gathering without problems, unfortunately on the next occasion it was not like that. I asked the owner of the salon for a quote since she mentioned that she still made party decorations. When I asked for the quote, the lady met me in the living room to see the details and others, so far so good. My husband and I met the decorator in the room under the impression that the decoration would be done by the owner of the room and the girl was an assistant or something like that, at that time I didn't care. In a matter of seconds I realized that the decorator was the other person since it was obvious that she knew what she was talking about, we reached an agreement to see each other again to finalize details, still under the impression that she was part of the water castle room team . I must mention that the decoration that was requested and contracted was somewhat more elaborate and unusual, by this I mean that it involved much more detail and work. In the presence of the owner of the room, the topic was touched on that it was what I was looking for (I was very clear with what I was looking for) the day of the decoration arrived and to our surprise the lady gave a radical change with her service. Upon arriving at the event, the lady had already contracted her video and photography service, she was thinking of using our budget to promote her event, without our consent and not only that, the lady lied to us when she said that she was decorating, her intention was to use a decorator and she still gets a share of the total cost. On different occasions, the lady told me that she had not taken any of the decorations because they had left it out” however, the lady had the nerve to ask me to leave the room because she does not allow me to record the decoration of my event for its benefit being that the lady on the last occasion mentioned that you could arrive earlier to receive the guests, but this time she was super rude not only with the person who was decorating me but with us (who paid her for a service) because he was not allowed to do what he wanted. Seeing that we did not agree, she came out to tell us that we had done her a favor and that in a few days they would decorate it just as nicely and she would do it there, she charged us an additional $500.00 pesos depending on the electricity and charged an additional $240.00 for hiring some chairs when original price was $710.00 pesos, despite all this the lady was messaging me during my event that same day with problems external to me with the person who decorated, she also mentioned that she had not taken anything for the decoration, the next day I again She sent a message asking me to go get the chairs or to tell the decorator to go get them, since she charged for the service of the chairs, she wanted to excuse herself by saying that she had the wrong person. I was disgusted with the type of service we received that day and her sudden mood swings. I must mention that in addition to charging everything mentioned, she charged us the rent of a fan that, according to her, she rented the day before for an event and my decoration had scrim on the ceiling, but on our first quotation appointment she was present at all times and knew the type of decoration requested. In the end, the lady was paid for everything she could think of and she lost a client for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and if you hire it, look for your decorator separately, the lady seeks to profit by posing as a decorator to grab a slice, I suppose. If I could give it 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE
