Días antes pase a preguntar si había apartado de pasteles para el 10 de mayo y me dijeron que no, que ese día pasará temprano a pagarlo y lo podía recoger por la tarde. Hoy pasé y me dijeron que no se podían apartar porque garantizaban existencias de pasteles. Hace un momento fui y ya no había nada. El persona ni siquiera se disculpó ni ofrecieron la opción de llamar a otra pastelería cercana para verificar existencias. Nefastas y mentirosas vendedoras. Si bien no es su culpa la disponibilidad de productos, si son responsables de la información que brindan, y de como tratan al cliente en situaciones así.Gracias por empañar mi celebración.
Terrible attention from the staff at the J. Clouthier bakery in Metepec. Days before, I went to ask if there was a set aside for cakes for May 10 and they told me no, that day I would go early to pay for it and I could pick it up in the afternoon. I walked by today and they told me they couldn't hold back because they guaranteed stock of cakes. A moment ago I went and there was nothing. The person didn't even apologize or offer the option to call another nearby bakery to check stock. Nefarious and lying sellers. Although the availability of products is not their fault, they are responsible for the information they provide, and how they treat the customer in situations like this. Thank you for spoiling my celebration.
