Pésimo servicio, no son nada profesionales; renté una casa con ellos y desde que se firmó el contrato se hizo una revisión del estado de la casa y se generó una lista de detalles y mantenimientos que necesitaba la casa a lo cual la inmobiliaria comentó que el dueño se encargaría de que se realizarán los mantenimientos pendientes, confiamos en que así sería pero pasaron los meses y la inmobiliaria se desatendió de dar seguimiento a lo acordado, éramos nosotros quienes teníamos que estar insistiendo, incluso ofrecimos el realizar los mantenimientos por nuestra cuenta y se pudiera tomar a cuenta de la renta a lo cual no accedieron, después de varios meses por fin enviaron una persona a reparar algunos de los desperfectos, los cuales no quedaron bien y así estuvimos otro par de meses, donde enviaban gente incompetente a realizar los trabajos los cuales nunca quedaron bien. La situación que nos llevó a tomar la decisión de dejar la casa fue que que como nunca se realizó el mantenimiento del boiler el cual no tenía la chimenea y el humo expulsado se quedaba al interior de la casa, lo cual nos generó problemas de salud, ya estábamos con cierto nivel de intoxicación cuando acudimos a revisión con el médico, se comentó esta situación a la inmobiliaria para que lo comunicará con la dueña, a lo cual siempre había excusas y se daban largas para dar una solución, finalmente nosotros mandamos poner la chimenea para salvaguardar nuestro estado de salud, después la inmobiliaria nos dijo que se tomara a cuenta de renta, pero nunca nos apoyaron con revisión médica o seguimiento a nuestra salud aún y cuando la dueña de la casa es doctora, todos los gastos derivados de esa intoxicación los tuvimos que absorber nosotros por la negligencia de la dueña de la casa y de la inmobiliaria por rentar una casa que no tenía las condiciones óptimas y por no cumplir con lo que acordaron al inicio de realizar los mantenimientos correspondientes. Finalmente se comunicó que dejaríamos la casa y se programó una visita para que la inmobiliaria revisara el estado de la casa y poder dar por terminado el contrato, la inmobiliaria mandó a una persona la cual vio la casa y se le entregaron las llaves; cuando solicitamos el reintegro del depósito nos dieron muchas largas para entregarlo, pasaron casi 3 meses para que nos reintegrará el depósito del cual no nos pagaron el 100%, argumentando que se habían realizado algunas reparaciones a la casa, reparaciones que estaban pendientes desde un inicio que se ocupó la casa y que ellos se habían comprometido a realizar, al momento de dejar la casa habíamos dejado el pago de los servicios al corriente y en esa lista todavía nos cobraron lo de los meses posteriores que ya no estábamos ocupando. En fin fue una mala experiencia con la inmobiliaria, no cumplen lo que prometen y tampoco dan apoyo y seguimiento a los problemas que surgen. Son muy abusivos y fue un robo lo que nos hicieron.

The situation that led us to make the decision to leave the house was that as the maintenance of the boiler was never carried out, which did not have the chimney and the expelled smoke remained inside the house, which generated health problems, We were already with a certain level of intoxication when we went for a review with the doctor, this situation was commented to the real estate company so that it will communicate it with the owner, to which there were always excuses and they were long to give a solution, finally we ordered to put the fireplace to safeguard our state of health, then the real estate company told us to take it on account of rent, but they never supported us with a medical check-up or monitoring of our health even though the owner of the house is a doctor, all the expenses derived from that We had to absorb intoxication due to the negligence of the owner of the house and the real estate agent for renting a house that did not have the optimal conditions and for not complying with what we agreed to. aron at the beginning of the corresponding maintenance. The estate agent sent a person who saw the house and was given the keys; When we requested the refund of the deposit, they gave us many lengths to deliver it, it took almost 3 months for them to refund the deposit of which they did not pay us 100%, arguing that some repairs had been made to the house, repairs that were pending from the beginning that the house was occupied and that they had promised to carry out, when we left the house we had left the payment of services up to date and on that list they still charged us for the subsequent months that we were no longer occupying. In short, it was a bad experience with the real estate, they do not fulfill what they promise and do not give support and follow-up to the problems that arise. They are very abusive and it was a robbery what they did to us.
