★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa excesivamente mediocre, no contestan teléfonos en ninguna sucursal y cuando logras que te contesten los empleados te contestan de mala gana. Llevo 15 días esperando un paquete que ya está aquí en mi ciudad y no me lo pueden entregar y nadie me da respuesta de nada, todos los días se actualiza el rastreo y dice que ese día llega pero nada.
It is an excessively mediocre company, they do not answer phones in any branch and when you get them to answer you, the employees answer you reluctantly. I have been waiting 15 days for a package that is already here in my city and they cannot deliver it to me and nobody gives me an answer to anything, every day the tracking is updated and it says that that day comes but nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio hice un envió a la cd de Mexico del día 29 de sep y es fecha el día de hoy que no llega solo dicen que esta en ruta a la fecha 08 octubre, tuvimos que ir a recogerlo y pagar el mismo costo y no te dan una respuesta del motivo por el cual no se ha entregado
