★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 3 ocasiones he ido a esta sucursal y el trato al cliente es mediocre. La persona que atiende, si está ocupado llenando muchos acuses, te dice que regreses en unos 40min ó 1 hora para ver si te puede atender (la primera vez regrese y me volvió a decir lo mismo), y culpa al sistema que está muy lento. Atención al cliente “0”. Tuve que embarcar mi paquetería con otra empresa en ambas ocasiones. No regreso a esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi equipo llegado dañado a su destino aún cuando tenía etiquetas de frágil pegadas en él. Le comenté a uno de los empleados que quería meter reclamo y de manera hasta prepotente me dijo casi casi que mejor ni lo hiciera porque ni me iban a hacer caso, que el seguro de Castores sólo cubre pérdida total y no daños a lo que envían, entonces ¿por qué debemos de confiar nuestros envíos a una empresa que no se hace responsable si llegan bien o mal nuestros paquetes? Para Castores no es perdida, pero para las pequeñas empresas es un gasto más que debemos cubrir debido a una empresa y sucursal deficiente.
My computer arrived damaged at its destination even though it had fragile labels attached to it. I told one of the employees that I wanted to file a claim and he even arrogantly told me that it was better not to do it because they were not going to pay attention to me, that the Beavers insurance only covers total loss and not damage to what they send, So why should we entrust our shipments to a company that is not responsible if our packages arrive well or badly? For Castores it is not a loss, but for small businesses it is one more expense that we must cover due to a poor company and branch.
