Me enviaron 2 botellas y una llegó quebrada, me van a reembolsar el precio de la quebrada pero con eso no me vuelvo a traer la botella, ya que el servicio salió en $400 pesos. Pienso que lo ideal es que cubrieran el costo del producto y el servicio de paqueteria. Aparte nunca contestan el telefono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete llegó en buenas condiciones, eso sí la app de Grupo Castores es malísima, nunca se actualiza, no sabes dónde viene tu envío y para que te reciban una llamada tienes que marcar muchas veces.
My package arrived in good condition, but the Grupo Castores app is terrible, it is never updated, you don't know where your shipment comes from and to receive a call you have to dial many times.
