La mayoría de los servicios se dan de 10:00 a 14:00 hrs. Hay dos tipos de edificio en catacumbas, el de dos niveles y el de tres niveles. Ahora que comenzará la feria nacional de la cultura la mayoría buscará la oficina de la dirección de DIFUSIÓN CULTURAL, este mismo se encuentra en el edificio de tres niveles en el último piso
