Digo reembolso y ahí termina la plática; No me dijeron cuanto tarda el proceso, ya pasaron 3 semanas. Estoy enviando correos y no los contestan y en Facebook dicen ya solicitaron mi reembolso pero tampoco me responden cuánto va tardar.
Terrible service. Order some shoes, send me whatsapp to tell me they don't have my size when the page was available, if I want a refund or ask for others. I say reimbursement and there ends the talk; They didn't tell me how long the process takes, 3 weeks have passed. I am sending emails and they do not answer them and on Facebook they say they have already requested my refund but they also do not answer how long it will take.
