Llegan a tener mucha gente y NO abren más de dos cajas registradoras para cobrar y se tarda uno mucho en la fila. Varias veces solicitas el calzado al personal y tardan mucho en traerlo... o te dicen que sí hay y cuando al fin te lo traen, es otra talla o modelo...
In the sale by catalog very bad. Sometimes there are models that appear in the same ones that NEVER physically arrive at the store. They get to have a lot of people and they DO NOT open more than two cash registers to collect and it takes a long one in line. Several times you request the footwear from the staff and they take a long time to bring it ... or they tell you that there is and when they finally bring it to you, it is another size or model ...
