★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a los usuarios, los empleados son prepotentes así mismo no hacen su trabajo, hacen dar muchas vueltas y nunca está listo el trámite solicitado, en ocasiones hasta expiran nuestros documentos por falta de rapidez en el trámite, la señorita de la recepción no está calificada para dar la atención necesaria a los usuarios, hace falta un número para quejas y que realmente le den seguimiento a nuestros requerimientos.
 Terrible attention to users, the employees are arrogant, they also do not do their job, they go around a lot and the requested procedure is never ready, sometimes our documents even expire due to lack of speed in the procedure, the lady at the reception is not qualified to give the necessary attention to users, a number is needed for complaints and that they really follow up on our requirements.
