★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful cathedral.Very busy place at day and night.All kind of vendeurs are there to sell everything.Nice ambiance,safe. Plenty of bars, café and restaurants around and all other facilities as ATM,banks and money exchange.Overal lovely place, pleased with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historically significant cathedral that has some great artwork depicting various saints, but otherwise very plain. Outside the church are numerous venders giving the location the feel of a festival during the weekends. While there is a road up to the cathedral, I found the lengthy switchback stairs in the front a great challenge and exhilarating exercise.
