El inicio de actividades de CATOSA fue en junio del año 1948 asentando lo que ahora es su matriz en la ciudad de Torreón coahuila.
En Octubre de 1999 se expande abriendo la sucursal de CATOSA GOMEZ PALACIO.
Para Junio del 2005 se abre CATOSA MONCLOVA logrando así su 3 centro de servicio.
En Septiembre del 2016 CATOSA PIEDRAS NEGRAS tiene su apertura siendo la más nueva adquisición a grupo CATOSA.
