★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo 2 estrellas ya que el resultado de corte y barba si me gusto como quedo. No pongo en duda el conocimiento en la práctica que tienen pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.
Desde el momento de mi llegada pareciera poco interés en atender un servicio; el cual va a ser pagado pero no muestran iniciativa alguna en dar una buena bienvenida. Al momento de dar indicación de que estaba buscando sentí poca empatía y hasta un tono de burla de la persona que me estaba atendiendo. Ellos son los profesionales, yo no me dedico a eso por lo tanto no tengo el conocimiento.
Durante el corte de barba lo hacía muy brusco ya que sentía que me estaba irritando la piel al momento de pasar la máquina; cosa que ahora confirmo al verme al espejo. El ritual el barba creo que tiene mucho que mejorar ya que siento que debería de ser relajante y no tener de fondo audios/ videos/ llamadas de WhatsApp.
Todos mis comentarios son en el mejor plan de feedback para mejorar sus servicios y que garanticen que a TODOS sin excepción se les trate de la mejor forma.

I put 2 stars as the result of cutting and beard if I liked how I look. I do not doubt the knowledge in practice they have but the service leaves much to be desired.
From the moment of my arrival it seems little interest in attending a service; which will be paid but show no initiative in giving a good welcome. When giving an indication that I was looking for I felt little empathy and even a mocking tone of the person who was attending to me. They are the professionals, I don't do that, therefore I don't have the knowledge.
During the beard cut I was very abrupt as I felt that my skin was irritating when I passed the machine; which I now confirm when I look in the mirror. The beard ritual I think has a lot to improve since I feel it should be relaxing and not have WhatsApp audios / videos / calls in the background.
All my comments are in the best feedback plan to improve your services and ensure that ALL without exception are treated in the best way.
