★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El modelo encino es bonito, sin embargo, para el precio que tiene no lo vale, parece interés social dejando en la recama principal el lava manos fuera del baño, parece hotel, no recomiendo ese modelo debido a que se puede generar humedad en el cuarto
 The oak model is beautiful, however, for the price it has, it is not worth it, it seems social interest leaving the hand wash outside the bathroom in the main bedroom, it looks like a hotel, I do not recommend that model because it can generate humidity in the room

En particular me considero un cliente exigente y caxa ha sabido entender las expectativas que tienen los clientes. I love the houses of this builder because they handle contemporary styles, super optimal distribution to live in a house with many cute details. In particular I consider myself a demanding client and caxa has known how to understand the expectations that clients have. The price-quality relationship goes hand in hand and in addition to all this they always handle incredible promotions. Finally, the entire team worked with first-class care. CONGRATULATIONS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré casa aquí porque es moderna, los techos son altos, tiene la preparación para instalar el clima, teléfono o televisión por cable, evitando que se vea el cableado en las paredes. Es un lugar tranquilo, llevo 3 años viviendo aquí y no he tenido ningún inconveniente.
I bought a house here because it is modern, the ceilings are high, it has the preparation to install the climate, telephone or cable television, avoiding the wiring in the walls. It is a quiet place, I have been living here for 3 years and I have not had any problems.

La ubicación del Fraccionamiento Bonterra me parece excelente con salidas rápidas a las principales avenidas. La atención de la asesora de ventas y todo el equipo de Caxa es realmente profesional.
What I liked the most about these houses are the finishes, the high ceilings and the layout of the rooms. The location of the Fraccionamiento Bonterra seems excellent to me with quick exits to the main avenues. The attention of the sales consultant and the entire Caxa team is truly professional.
