Contratamos a la empresa para hacer un barandal de protección para una escalera estilo Tokio, realmente era algo muy pequeño, quedaron de hacer la entrega en 2 semanas, cancelaron, llamé y me dijeron que no iba a asistir porque se habían enfermado el ayudante de herrero, quedó de hacer nuevamente la entrega y nuevamente no se hizo, le doy solo 1 estrella por lo mismo por una pésima atención al cliente, por quedar mal con uno, por comprometerse y no cumplir a tiempo, lo que solicitamos se entregó, 2 semanas tarde, y quedó muy bien, pero si quieres ahórrarte la molestia mejor busca otras opciones, realmente considero que hay otras empresas que hacen lo mismo y con una mejor atención al cliente. Por mi parte no vuelvo, muy bonito y todo pero la atención al cliente es primordial en un negocio.

For my part I will not return, very nice and everything but customer service is essential in a business.
