★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy arrepentido porque me están estafando con la escrituración. Ojo si compran porque me dieron un precio para escriturar y a la semana me aumentaron y a los quince días volvieron a subir el precio sin razón aparente. Y luego de aumentarle el precio varias veces Y NO DARME FECHA DE ESCRITURACIÓN de un lote que ya pagué por completo, ahora no me responden. ADVERTENCIA DE PROBABLE ESTAFA. No creo que sea con el lote pero al menos les van a aumentar unos 12mil pesos extra a su primer precio de escrituración que les den
 I am sorry because they are swindling me with the deed. Be careful if they buy because they gave me a price to write and after a week they increased it and after fifteen days they raised the price again for no apparent reason. And after increasing the price several times AND NOT GIVING ME THE DEED DATE of a lot that I already paid in full, now they don't answer me. WARNING OF LIKELY SCAM. I don't think it's with the lot, but at least they're going to increase an extra 12,000 pesos to their first deed price.
