Me contactaron de esta agencia de seminuevos porque estaban interesados en un auto que yo estaba vendiendo, revisaron el auto y me hicieron una oferta formal, hasta firmamos contrato, ellos harían algunos trámites que deberían quedar en menos de 5 días, lo cual al final tomó más de dos semanas, me hicieron perder dinero y al final dijeron que cambiaron sus políticas de compra y no respetarían el contrato que ya habíamos firmado.
Mi consejo, vendan su auto en otro lugar o a particular, es más seguro y confiable. Si ni los contratos respetan que seguridad da este establecimiento.
Informal and unreliable.
They contacted me from this pre-owned agency because they were interested in a car that I was selling, they reviewed the car and made me a formal offer, we even signed a contract, they would do some paperwork that should be done in less than 5 days, which in the end took more than two weeks, they made me lose money and in the end they said that they changed their purchasing policies and they would not respect the contract that we had already signed.
My advice, sell your car elsewhere or privately, it is safer and more reliable. If not even the contracts respect what security this establishment gives.
