★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan horario de citas y pasan como ellas les da la gana, no tuve tiempo de esperar a ver a qué horas se les ocurría atenderme, llegué primero a mi cita y paso a dos personas de tras mío, no lo recomiendo
They do not respect schedule of appointments and they pass as they please, I did not have time to wait to see what hours they happened to attend me, I arrived at my appointment first and I pass two people from behind me, I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No siguen los protocolos de cuidado para Covid, la única medida es que no pases acompañado. A mí no me tomaron temperatura, no me pidieron ponerme gel ni nada. En cuanto al servicio.. solo dire puede mejorar mucho.
They do not follow the care protocols for Covid, the only measure is that you do not go accompanied. They did not take my temperature, they did not ask me to put gel or anything. As for the service .. only dire can improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó el servicio, desde que llegas y tocas el tiembre la gente que trabaja ahí te contesta de mala gana, sus modos para decir las cosas no es nada cortes y ya ni hablamos de sus malas caras. Por otro lado, el único protocolo que tienen para covid es no ir acompañado y algunas sillas que no se pueden ocupar para no sentarse junto a otra persona, pero del gel (no me ofrecieron y nunca lo vi) y la toma de temperatura ni se preocupan considerando que sus instalaciones son pequeñas y cerradas. En mi caso la radiografía fue para mi hijo de 7 años, al entregársela al dentista me dijo que la radiografía no era clara porque quizás mi hijo se movió, entiendo que con niños pequeños este tipo de trabajos es complicado pero también creo que aquí es donde entra el profesionalismo del personal para entregar un trabajo de calidad.

In my case, the X-ray was for my 7-year-old son, when he gave it to the dentist he told me that the X-ray was not clear because perhaps my son moved, I understand that with young children this type of work is complicated but I also think that this is where the professionalism of the staff comes in to deliver quality work.
