Héctor me explico que para lo que yo quería necesitaba más de lo que llevaba, así que me invito a entrenar en su gym y ahí cambio todo. Aprendí mejores técnicas de entrenamiento, a la gente de ahí no se nos permitía azotar las mancuernas, ni rechinar los discos, nos enseña a ser humildes y mantener los pies en la tierra, nos enseña varias cosas a su debido tiempo. Algunos piensan que no quiere enseñar lo que sabe, como en un comentario anterior, pero no es así, yo creo que no estan preparados para ello. En lo personal siempre me llamaba cuando había chequeo de competidores y me explicaba. Es una excelente persona, gran maestro y amigo. En cuanto al gym, se siente un ambiente de camaradería, los aparatos son ideales para cumplir con tus objetivos y si eres de los que requiere motivación, seguro la encuentras aquí, hay competidores hombres y mujeres entrenando en diferentes horarios. Tiene estacionamiento y tiene diferentes horarios por la contingencia. Te dan 90 minutos para entrenar. El personal esta bastante capacitado y son muy amables. Repito tuve que acudir personalmente ya que no hay quien atienda en su página.
