★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, es increíble que en Chedraui no haya carritos de supermercado. Entras, después de pasar por el filtro sanitario y, sorpresa no hay carritos, preguntas, y simplemente te dicen que los busques afuera de la tienda, te sales para buscar afuera de la entrada, otra sorpresa, tampoco hay. Vuelves a entrar, y te dicen el personal de la entrada que todos están ocupados, que vayas a buscarlos al estacionamiento. Vas a atención a cliente para hablar con el gerente. Te atiende una señorita de atención al cliente pero después de 25 minutos o más, y te dicen que van por uno, vocean para que traigan uno, y lo tienes después de 25 minutos esperando. Pésimo.
Terrible, it is incredible that in Chedraui there are no supermarket carts. You enter, after going through the sanitary filter and, surprise there are no carts, questions, and they simply tell you to look for them outside the store, you go out to look outside the entrance, another surprise, there is not either. You go back inside, and the staff at the entrance tell you that everyone is busy, to go find them in the parking lot. You go to customer service to speak with the manager. A customer service lady attends you but after 25 minutes or more, and they tell you that they are going for one, they call out for them to bring one, and you have it after 25 minutes of waiting. Appalling.
