★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, encargué 2 lonas, el sábado 24 de octubre con diseño incluido, me dijeron que podía estar ese día a las 2 p.m., luego me dijeron que por el diseño estaría hasta el lunes y ese día me lo enviaban para aprobarlo y ya hacer la impresión de la lona, y poder pasar el martes a las 5:30 p.m. porque el lunes no laboraban. Sucede que el martes no puedo venir pues mi agenda está llena, y vengo hoy miércoles 4 de noviembre y aún no la han impreso, y tuve que esperar otra vez.
La verdad tenía planes de que esta PyME sea mi proveedora de mis publicaciones, pero luego de esto, prefiero dejar y buscar otra.
Very bad service, I ordered 2 canvases, on Saturday October 24 with design included, they told me that I could be that day at 2 pm, then they told me that for the design it would be until Monday and that day they sent it to me to approve it and that's it do the canvas printing, and be able to come by Tuesday at 5:30 pm because on Monday they were not working. It happens that I can't come on Tuesday because my schedule is full, and I'm coming today, Wednesday, November 4, and they haven't printed it yet, and I had to wait again.
The truth is that I had plans for this SME to be my provider of my publications, but after this, I prefer to leave and look for another.

Encargué el martes temprano unas etiqueta y una lona... pagué el anticipo, me dijeron que el viernes a las 6 pm (aunque al inicio me habían dicho que tardaban 24 horas una vez pagado el anticipo). Les pregunté que si era seguro porque me urgían para antes del sábado, me dijeron que si. Y sorpresa! Fui el viernes a las 6 y solamente tenían las lonas, las etiquetas no... Se ofrecieron a mandarlas en 20 minutos por uber cuando les pedí de vuelta mi dinero... Obviamente no llegaron... les mandé whatsapp pidiendo mi dinero de vuelta y ya estaba apagado. Nada recomendable. Si no pueden con el trabajo que no ofrezcan sus servicios. Estaba contemplando para ver si podían ser mis proveedores habituales. Después de esta mala experiencia definitivamente no. Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero.
Appalling!! On Tuesday early Tuesday I ordered some labels and a canvas ... I paid the advance, they told me that on Friday at 6 pm (although at the beginning they had told me that it took 24 hours once the advance was paid). I asked them if it was safe because they urged me before Saturday, they said yes. And surprise! I went on Friday at 6 and they only had the canvases, the labels did not ... They offered to send them in 20 minutes by uber when I asked them for my money back ... Obviously they did not arrive ... I sent them WhatsApp asking for my money from turned around and it was off. Nothing recommendable. If they can't handle the job they don't offer their services. I was contemplating to see if they could be my regular suppliers. After this bad experience definitely not. I hope they give me my money back.
