★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existen dos fugas de agua muy grandes desde hace ya más de una semana sobre avenida hacienda las Espuelas en fraccionamiento los héroes en el Marqués, en el área de casas con local comercial y es dia que no se presenta nadie de CEA para reparar dichas fugas. Pero como estas propietarios de casas no pagan más que 50 pesos al mes pues no les preocupa si vienen o no a reparala

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en toda su extensión. De por sí el consumo de agua es caro en Querétaro y es malo es servicio; la atención a clientes acá es peor. Todo depende del criterio, las ganas de trabajar y si le caes bien al que te atiende para que te resuelvan. El licenciado encargado de firmarte cualquier oficio que solicites "nunca está", así que el oficio o carta más sencillo tienes que volver al día siguiente.
