Hay 2 formas de hacer chicharrón de cececina en ambos casos hay que cortar tiras pequeñas y a la elección del chef deshidratar en el comal y después darle una pasada por la freidora con aceite muy caliente, cómo está previamente deshidratada no coge mucho aceite y queda perfectamente crujiente, o, meter al horno a baja temperatura por largo tiempo hasta que quede perfectamente deshidratada y crujiente.
