La verdad batallé mucho para encontrar esta calidad, después de vivir en sonora es difícil adaptarse a la mala carne que venden en la mayoría de carnicerías de nuestra gdl. Incluso en Sonora’s Meat les falla muchas veces con su calidad. Aquí es garantía. Recomiendo mucho el rib eye; lo venden de medio kilo y a un precio muy competente para la calidad del corte. Así mismo si desean una carne asada no tan costosa pueden optar por el Chuk roll que es diezmillo. En general es un buen lugar y una joya de la carne.
