Al llegar observé que tenían las medidas indicadas de higiene; al llegar mi turno vi como desinfectan y limpiaban el área para poder atenderme, la doctora Guadalupe muy profecional y amable, me hizo un excelente trabajo, sin dolor alguno apesar de que soy muy nervioso para el dentistas.

La doctora que me atendió es muy profesional, amable y paciente para explicar a detalle todo el procedimiento que conlleva mi tratamiento, en todo momento llevo los protocolos de seguridad sanitaria a causa de la pandemia y los propios de un un consultorio dental. Muy recomendable, superó mis expectativas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La higiene y limpieza es nula, la odontóloga que me atendió tocaba los cables de la máquina que estaban en el piso y abría la puerta con los mismos guantes con los que me estaba atendiendo y ni siquiera los desinfectaba para volverme a atender. Así mismo compartía con otro doctor la lámpara que se utiliza para las resina, el otro médico ni siquiera la limpió para utilzarla en otro paciente y cuando la volvieron a usar conmigo solo la limpió con lysol sabiendo que es tóxico. Así mismo el ortodoncista recién llegado de la calle me revisó sin utilizar guantes siendo que metió su mano en mi boca. Creí que por el precio que cobran sería un bien servicio, estamos en plena contigencia y este tipo de lugar puede ser un foco de infección.

No les importa dar un buen servicio ni la salud del paciente, la consulta es una basura, pagas 200, no dura ni un minuto y te dicen que si está infectado y que te la tien que sacar ya, cosa que ningún dentista con un poco de sentido común haría, ya que para sacar una muela tiene que pasar una sana para que pueda desinflamar la zona. No lo recomiendo para nada, a un familiar la engancharon con una cotización carísima y cada vez que va aumenta más de precio. S
