A	Adrian Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido otras veces a este edicio pero es la primera vez que me toco visitar el piso 12 donde está el mirador. Tiene una muy bonita vista con el cerro de la silla al fondo y pues a los pies el Tecnológico, se ve muy diferente desde allá arriba, te da otra perspectiva. I had gone to this building other times but it is the first time that I have visited the 12th floor where the viewpoint is. It has a very nice view with the hill of the chair in the background and then at the feet of the Technological, it looks very different from up there, it gives you another perspective.

El edificio está muy bien conservado pese a qué es algo viejo, Es el segundo edificio icónico del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Aquí se encuentran alguno asuntos burocráticos del tec; muchos departamentos y direcciones de carrera, al igual que centros de investigación multidisciplinarios. It is a perfect multidisciplinary space. The building is very well preserved despite the fact that it is somewhat old. It is the second iconic building of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Here are some bureaucratic issues of the tec; many departments and career directions, as well as multidisciplinary research centers.
A	Antonio Valencia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El acceso es por la av. 2 de abril, aunque puedes hacerlo desde la plaza Paseo Tec, la referencia para el uber o transporte local es el hotel Fiesta Inn, ahí verás el edificio azul. El CEDES conocido localmente, es un centro multidisciplinario con gran infraestructura para lograr alcances en innovación tecnológica, pertenece al Tec de Monterrey. Access is by av. April 2, although you can do it from the Paseo Tec square, the reference for uber or local transport is the Fiesta Inn hotel, there you will see the blue building. The locally known CEDES, is a multidisciplinary center with great infrastructure to achieve scope in technological innovation, it belongs to Tec de Monterrey.

El edificio es viejo y, si bien está relativamente bien cuidado, ya comienza a presentar síntomas de deteriorio Fuera de eso es un edificio corporativo de buen nivel. I went to take a course on the part of the company and in general all the very friendly staff and the quality of the course very well. The building is old and, although it is relatively well maintained, it is already showing signs of deterioration. Outside of that it is a good corporate building.
R	RMP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio cuenta con más de ocho plantas con aulas destinadas a diferentes usos, particularmente la de enseñanza clásica con pizarrón en el centro y sillas movibles en el resto de lss habitaciones. The building has more than eight floors with classrooms for different uses, particularly the one for classical education with a blackboard in the center and movable chairs in the rest of the rooms.
